Answers to the most common questions about the rental, delivery, assembly, booking and payment procedures of tents and equipment.
The required size of the tent depends on the planned number of people at the event, on the configuration of the event - seated or standing event, as well as on the additional positions, activities that you plan to place under the tent.
If you are planning a standing event with standing tables, a small stage, then the required quadrature of the tent is calculated by the formula: number of people x 1.5.
If a seated event with tables, chairs, a stage and some dance area is planned, then the required quadrature of the tent is calculated by the formula: number of people x 3, but each case is usually discussed with the client individually.
The rental fee indicated on the website is for the event and not for the day of rental. We always take into account the fact that it is more convenient for customers to pick up or install rental inventory the day before and return it, not on the day of the event, but the next day.
When serving complex events such as weddings, we usually bring tents, tables, chairs, etc. inventory 2-3 before the date of the event, so that everything can be arranged and installed calmly, e.g. decorators, light/sound company, caterers, etc.
We recommend that you make a reservation as early as possible, especially during the high season (May - October). For smaller events, it is usually sufficient to book 1-2 weeks before the event date, while for larger events we recommend booking at least 1-1.5 months in advance. Teltis.lv rental equipment - tents, tables, chairs and other equipment is suitable for the climate conditions of Latvia. Before the event, the venue and weather forecast of the event are always evaluated to ensure the most appropriate and safe solution. If necessary, additional fasteners or a customized selection of inventory are provided.
The cost of delivery, assembly and dismantling is not included in the rental fee - this is an additional service. Their amount depends on the venue of the event, the volume of the order and they are calculated individually for each order, so we invite you to contact us to find out the total cost of the rental order.
Teltis.lv's working hours are not regulated, so it is possible, by separate agreement, to receive and return inventory outside the standard working hours, if it is more convenient for the customer.
Inventory during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer. Teltis.lv team invites to ensure that the equipment is used in accordance with its intended purpose. In case of any damage or unforeseen situations, please contact the Teltis.lv team immediately - we will look for a reasonable solution.
Teltis.lv team, when handing over the inventory to the customer for use, will always provide instructions on the use of the equipment during the rental period.
After the event, we issue a postpaid invoice, which must be paid within the period specified in the invoice (usually 5 working days), in some cases we can also issue a prepaid invoice.
